We, Car Spa Logistics are the official valet parking company for Plaza on the River. We are a third party company assigned by Plaza on the River to provide valet parking services to which the hotel accept no liability.
We offer the most professional valet parking service in London at the most competitive rates. When you arrive at the hotel, pull into the drop off area where appraisal and photographs will be taken of your vehicle and then your vehicle will be taken away for parking.
Our operating hours are 7am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm Sunday. For special events these operating hours can be extended by prior arrangement and costs agreed. Out of hours call out charge is £50. Minimum waiting time is 90 minutes
Pre-booking and pre-payment is strongly advisable to avoid disappointment.
Valet Parking bookings that have the collection time beyond our business hours are subject to our terms and conditions and a call out charge will apply.
